DONATING AN AUCTION ITEM

  • The Auction Committee is seeking items for the live and silent sections including: gift certificates for dining, hotel stays, merch, services, fine artwork, wine & spirits, themed baskets, jewelry, experiences and more! 

  • Please ensure all gift certificates expire well after the event date, November 8, 2025 and are preferably no sooner than December 6, 2025 (allowing the event support team to distribute the gift certificates themselves post event)

  • Available for purchase at the event and/or Sept-Nov via a gala planning committee member

  • Drawing is the night of the event (winners do not need to be present to win - they will be contacted the week following)
